Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Cottage cheese
¼ cup Warm water
1 pack Yeast
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Dill seeds
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1 \N Egg
2½ cup Flour

Stir yeast into warm water. Combine rest of ingredients and add yeast mixture. Stir in onion, butter, and cottage cheese. Let rise in bowl till doubled. Stir down and transfer to a loaf pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350F for 34-50 min.

Serving Ideas : Good with winter soups.
