Roy's it's a dilly bread

| 1 | teaspoon | Dry yeast |
| ½ | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| ½ | cup | Warm water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dill weed |
| ½ | cup | Cottage cheese (heated to warm) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | small | Egg |
| ½ | cup | Minced onion |
| 2 | cups | Sifted bread flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Soda |
Directions
Follow the instructions that came with your machine.
Try adding molasses, part wheat and part white flour or beer instead of water. Most changes will work just fine. Don't worry, just experiment.
