| ½ cup | Cottage cheese (heated to warm) |

| 2 cups | Sifted bread flour |

Follow the instructions that came with your machine.
Try adding molasses, part wheat and part white flour or beer instead of water. Most changes will work just fine. Don't worry, just experiment.
