1. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper. 2. Pat meat into 9-inch nonstick pie pan. 3. Spread tomatoes over meat. 4. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato-meat mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 6.
