2 tablespoons | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
2 teaspoons | Canola oil |
2 eaches | Onion |
16 ounces | Tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | Worchestershire Sauce |
Cut round steak into cubes, dredge in mix of flour and pepper. Brown in oil. Add onion, tomato sauce, mustard, worch. sauce. Cover, and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
