Yield: 4 servings
|1 teaspoon||Baking powder;|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil;|
|1 cup||Cooked rice;|
Sift the first 5 ingredients together. Add 1 cup of buttermilk and egg. Mix and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then add oil, ½ c of buttermilk and cooked rice. Cook in waffle iron. Serves 4.
