Waffles deluxe

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Plain flour; sifted
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Buttermilk
4 \N Eggs; well beaten
1 cup Butter or margarine; melted

Sift first 4 ingredients. Combine milk and eggs; add to dry ingredients.

Beat with a mixer at high speed, until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Bake in a waffle iron. We make batter the night before and refrigerate.
