|1½ cup||Crisco shortening|
|¼ teaspoon||Almond flavoring|
|2 teaspoons||Butter flavoring|
|1 pounds||Confectioner's sugar; sifted|
Cream shortening with flavoring, add sugar and milk alternately and beat with electric mixer until creamy and smooth. This icing is a stiff decorator's icing and should be covered and refrigerated if all is not used. Cream again before using. Variation: use ¾ cup Crisco and ¾ cup butter.
