Decorator icing #1

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Crisco shortening
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Almond flavoring
2 teaspoons Butter flavoring
¼ cup Milk
1 pounds Confectioner's sugar; sifted

Cream shortening with flavoring, add sugar and milk alternately and beat with electric mixer until creamy and smooth. This icing is a stiff decorator's icing and should be covered and refrigerated if all is not used. Cream again before using. Variation: use ¾ cup Crisco and ¾ cup butter.
