Dbasil tomato salad

1Ball fresh unsalted,
Mozzarella cheese packed in
Water *
2largesBeefsteak tomatoes, sliced
1bunchFresh basil leaves, chopped
3tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar (no subs)
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonHoney
1tablespoonLemon juice
½cupVirgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

DRESSING

Cut fresh mozzarella into ¼-inch slices. In oval casserole, stagger layers of mozzarella, tomato slices and basil. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.
