| 1 | pounds | Pecans |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 4 | Eggs, separated | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
