Dan green's sauce for pork

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Ketchup
¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Tarragon Vinegar
1 each Medium onion, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Garlic salt

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Allow to cool down to room temperature.

Brush the mixture on the pork during the final phase of cooking; if using indirect heat, you may use it a mop.
