Yield: 2 Servings
|½ teaspoon||Minced fresh jalapeno chile; (wear rubber gloves)|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped coriander leaves|
|½ teaspoon||Ground cumin|
|1||Piece cabbage (about 1/4 head); (6 ounce)|
In a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, milk, jalapeno, coriander, and cumin. Thinly slice cabbage and cut carrot into julienne strips. Diagonally cut scallion into thin slices. Stir cabbage, carrot, and scallion into dressing and season with salt a nd pepper. Serves 2.
