|½ small||White cabbage; shredded|

|4 \N||Celery sticks; chopped|
|1 \N||Crisp desert apple; chopped|
|50 grams||Stoned raisins; (2oz)|
|50 grams||Roasted cashew nuts; (2oz)|
|½ \N||Lemon; juice of|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper|
|3 tablespoons||Greek-style yogurt|
Mix the vegetables, fruit and nuts in a large salad bowl.
Stir the lemon juice and salt and pepper into the yogurt then toss the salad in the dressing.
Cover and chill until required
