Double cabbage coleslaw

2tablespoonsGolden brown sugar
2teaspoonsCelery seeds
teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonSalt
½cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream or plain yogurt
1mediumHead green cabbage, shredded
1mediumHead red cabbage, shredded
1bunchGreen onions, chopped
½cupDried currants

Directions

Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Add may and sour cream and whisk until smooth. Add both cabbages, green onions and currants and toss to coat (I'd use a large bowl here). Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
