Cucumbers and tomatoes

Ingredients

| 1 | quart | Cucumbers; diced |
| 1 | quart | Tomatoes; diced |
| 1 | pint | Onions; chopped fine |
| 1 | pint | Vinegar |
| 1 | pint | Sugar |
| 2 | Sweet peppers | |
| 1 | Hot pepper | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pickling spices or more tied in a cheesecl |
Directions
Mix altogether and cook for 1 hour. Put in pint size hot jar. Seal and process for 5 minutes. The mixture should be thick after cooking, if not cook a little longer. Good with hot dog, and vegetables.
