Tomato, cucumber and chili salad

2cupsDiced seeded tomatoes
1cupPlain nonfat yogurt
2cupsCucumbers; diced
½cupFresh cilantro; chopped
1Clove (large) garlic; minced
2Jalapeno chilies; seeded, minced

Directions

Place curry powder and cumin in small dry skillet over low heat. Stir just until aromatic, about 1 minute. Cool completely. Add yogurt and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic in a large bowl.

Stir in enough of the yogurt mixture to coat. Garnish with cilantro and pass the remaining yogurt at the table.
