Cucumber/tomato soup salad

10¾ | ounce | Cream of Tomato Soup |
2 | packs | Gelatin |
1 | cup | Cottage cheese, drained |
½ | cup | Celery, diced |
½ | cup | Cucumbers, diced |
Mayonnaise (optional) |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over soup and let stand 5 minutes. Add other ingredients and pour into molds. Chill until set. Serve with dollops of mayonnaise, if desired.
