Cube steaks in wine (bw)

Ingredients

| 6 | eaches | Cube (minute) steaks |
| 1 | each | Onion, chopped course |
| 2 | eaches | Cloves garlic, chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Dry red wine |
| 2 | cans | Golden mushroom soup |
| 1 | can | Water |
| ½ | cup | Seasoned bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Sifted flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cajun seasoning |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
Directions
1. mix bread crumbs, flour, & cajun seasoning together & coat steaks with mixture. Place olive oil in electric skillet & brown cube steaks on both sides & set aside, saute onions & garlic in skillet.
2. In a sauce pan, mix soup & water bring to a boil. Pour soup into skillet add wine & stir. Add steaks cover & simmer about 10 - 12 minutes turning steaks over occasionally.
Makes a great gravy to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
