Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Beef Cubed Steak
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 tablespoon Brandy
⅛ teaspoon Instant Beef Bouillon

Coarsely crack peppercorns. Sprinkle both sides of steak with crushed peppercorns, pressing in firmly with fingers. Let steak stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat a 6½-inch microwave browning dish on 100% power for 3 minutes. Add the cooking oil to the browning dish. Swirl to coat dish. Place the steak in the browning dish. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 1 minute. Turn steak and micro-cook, covered, on 100% power about 30 seconds more or until done. Remove steak to a warm plate. Stir brandy and bouillon granules into liquid in browning dish. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 20 to 30 seconds or till boiling. Pour over steak and serve.
