Crunchy vegetable wrap

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Fat-free flour tortillas
4 \N Lettuce leaves; curly leaf
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
1 cup Shredded cabbage; red
½ cup Chopped tomato
¼ cup Crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped onions

Top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf. Divide sprouts and remaining ingredients evenly among tortillas and roll up.
