Crunchy cheese ball

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3 oz) chicken-flavored ramen noodle soup
16 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Dry-roasted shelled sunflower seeds
4 Green onions; chopped
⅓ cup Dried parsley flakes

In a food processor, process uncooked noodles, contents of seasoning packet, and next 4 ingredients till well blended.

Divide mixture in half.

Shape each half into a ball. Roll in Parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

TO SERVE: Let stand at room temperature 20 - 30 minutes or until softened.

Serve with crackers or bread.
