Ligurian extra virgin olive oil; optional | ||
Coarse sea salt; optional |
Directions
Toast the bread and top it with some of the spinach. You may additionally choose to drizzle a couple of drops of olive oil on the toast before adding the spinach. A couple of crystals of coarse sea salt atop the spinach is also very good.
Yield: 6 servings
