Crostini with cannellini beans

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can White kidney beans Cannellini beans
1 small Clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, minced
\N \N Fresh ground black pepper
1 \N Recipe basic crostini

Note: white kidney beans are also known as canellini beans and are widely available in most supermarkets.

Drain and rinse the beans. Place in a bowl and mix well with remaining ingrdients. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste. Serve on crostini.
