|1 can||White kidney beans Cannellini beans|
|1 small||Clove garlic, minced|
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh parsley, minced|
|Fresh ground black pepper|
|1||Recipe basic crostini|
Note: white kidney beans are also known as canellini beans and are widely available in most supermarkets.
Drain and rinse the beans. Place in a bowl and mix well with remaining ingrdients. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste. Serve on crostini.
