Crostini with tomatoes and pesto

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 mediums Ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon Pesto

Dice and seed 2 to 3 medium or 1 to 2 large tomatoes - no need to peel them. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh pesto. Mix well and spread over crostini toasts.
