Crockpot style bean soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Dry navy beans; (soaked overnight)
1½ quart Water
1 pounds Lean; boneless ham, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Chopped celery leaves
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 \N Bay leaf; (optional)

Notes: By Pepper Klitsch, Palmerton. The Times News, PA Drain the soaked beans. Combine all the ingredients in crockpot. Cover, cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 to 5 hours.) Makes 6 servings.
