Crockpot vegetable-beef soup

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Beef cubes
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
2 \N Carrots; sliced
2 \N Ribs celery; sliced
2 mediums Onions; sliced
2 mediums Potatoes; diced
½ teaspoon Black pepper
3 \N Beef bouillon cubes
1 pack (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

Notes: By Pepper Klitsch, Palmerton. The Times News, PA Put all the ingredients into crockpot except for the frozen mixed vegetables. Fill about ¾ of the way with water. Cover, cook on low 8 to 12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours.) Add the frozen vegetables during the last 2 hours of cooking. Makes 6 servings.
