Yield: 4 Servings
|1½ pounds||Chuck steak, strips|
|1 large||Onion, sliced|
|3 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|4 ounces||Mushrooms, drained|
|1 can||Tomatoes, (16 ounces)|
Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cook steak.Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for four hours. Serve on noodles or potatoes.
