Crockpot steak soup

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef steak; browned and drained |
| 4 | cans | Beef consomme (10 oz ea) |
| ½ | cup | Carrots; diced |
| ½ | cup | Celery; diced |
| 1 | can | Whole tomatoes; chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Kitchen bouquet |
| 2 | Beef boullion cubes | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | pack | Frozen mixed vegetables |
| ½ | cup | Onions; diced |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Flour |
Directions
Place all ingredients except butter and flour into crockpot and cook at low for 6 to 8 hours. One hour before serving raise temp. to high. Prepare a roux with the butter and flour. Add to pot and let cook for another hour. Submitted By CAROL KATZ On 10-01-95
