Crockpot peppered meatloaf

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds GROUND CHUNK
1 ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
8 ounces CAN TOMATO SAUCE
¾ cup CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS
2 teaspoons WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ teaspoon PEPPER
1 cup KETCHUP
1½ teaspoon DRY MUSTARD
½ pounds BULK SAUSAGE
3 GARLIC, MINCED
½ cup KETCHUP
2 EGGS
2 teaspoons SEASONED SALT
2 POTATOES, PEELED & IN FIN
⅓ cup BROWN SUGAR
½ teaspoon NUTMEG

COMBINE ALL LOAF INGREDIENTS EXCEPT POTATOES & SAUCE INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL AND SHAPE INTO A LOAF. PLACE POTATOES IN BOTTOM OF CROCK POT.

TOP POTATOES WITH MEAT LOAF. POUR SAUCE OVER ALL. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 TO 12 HOURS
