1Clove garlic, peeled and minced
¼cupWine vinegar
1tablespoonBrown sugar
1teaspoonPaprika
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
½cupCatsup (ketchup)
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonDry or prepared mustard
¼teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

Replace Chuck Steak with Beans

Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
