Creamy meatballs

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Fine dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Finely chopped onions
1 Egg,slightly beaten
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom
Soup
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Mex beef,bread crumbs,onion,egg and salt.Shape into 16 meatballs in frying pan ,brown meatballsl,pour off fat.Stir in soup,water and parsley.Cover.Cook over low heat 20 minutes.Stirring now and then.
