Creamy low-cal topping^

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | SWEETENER |
| ¼ | cup | White flour |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil -=OR=- |
| 3 | tablespoons | Tahini -=OR=- |
| ¼ | cup | Cashews |
Directions
Simmer together all ingredients except the last one, 5-10 minutes, stirring. Scrape into blender. While blending add oil, nuts or tahini.
Chill.
