Creamy low-cal topping^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Water
¼ cup White flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Oil -=OR=-
3 tablespoons Tahini -=OR=-
¼ cup Cashews

Simmer together all ingredients except the last one, 5-10 minutes, stirring. Scrape into blender. While blending add oil, nuts or tahini.
