Smoked oyster rolls

Yield: 72 Pieces

Measure Ingredient
1 can (3.6oz) smoked oysters
250 grams Cream cheese
2 \N Finely sliced green onions
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
12 slices White bread

Drain can of smoked oysters. Pat dry and finely chop. Stir into cream cheese along with green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Trim crusts from bread. Spread about 2T filling over each slice. Roll up tightly.

Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or over- night. Slice into rounds. Each roll makes 6 pieces.
