⅔ cup | Butter; softened |
⅔ cup | Brown sugar; packed |
2 \N | Eggs |
1½ cup | Old-fashioned rolled oats |
1½ cup | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ cup | Sweetened dried cranberries |
⅔ cup | White chocolate chunks or chips |
Preheat oven 375 F. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and chocolate. Drop by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 dozen large cookies.
