Cranberry lemon barbecue glaze

½teaspoonLemon peel, finely shredded
2tablespoonsLemon juice
teaspoonRosemary, dried, crushed

Directions

In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Use to baste lamb or pork last 15 minutes of grilling.
