Cranberry-orange glaze

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Dried Cranberries
½ cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and mix well. Heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Use to flavor ham, poultry or pork chops. Typed by Syd Bigger.
