Cranberries (hot pack)

Measure Ingredient

Wash and remove stems from cranberries. Drop into a boiling heavy syrup (1 c. sugar to 1 c. water). Boil 3 minutes. Pack into clean jars, to within ½ inch of top of jar. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
