Crab and avocado cocktail bbs/mexican

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Crab Meat -- Cooked
2 \N Avocados -- Peeled &
\N \N Chopped
2 \N Jalapeno Chiles -- *
¼ cup Tomato; Chopped -- 1 small
¼ cup Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Or Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Onion -- Chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro; Fresh -- Snipped
1 \N Clove Garlic -- Finely
\N \N Chopped
¾ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper -- Dash Of
1½ cup Lettuce -- Finely Chopped
\N \N Lemon Or Lime Wedges
\N \N (VRVF28A)

* Jalapeno Chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and lime wedges. Place ¼ cup of lettuce on ead of 6 serving dishes. Divide the crabmeat mixture among the dishes. Garnish with lime wedges.
