| 2 | eaches | Ripe avocados |

| 1½ | cup | Chilled, cooked or canned crab or lobster meat |

Combine first 6 ingredients. Halve avocados lengthwise; remove pits; peel, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Arrange each half on bed of crisp greens; fill halves with crab meat; then top each with some of dressing. Makes 4 servings.
