| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced green onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | cups | Cooked sliced beets |
Directions
Stir sour cream, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and pepper together.
