Cottage cheese-spinach casserole

2 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese,
Rinsed & Drained
Egg Substitute Equal To 3
Eggs
3 tablespoons Flour
4 ounces Low Fat Cheese Cubed
½ pack (10 Oz.) Frozen Chopped
Spinach, Partially Thawed
¼ teaspoon Salt

Preheat Oven To 350 F. Combine Cottage Cheese, Egg Substitute & Flour. Add Cheese. Add Spinach in Chunks Along With Salt. Place in Baking Dish & Bake Uncovered 60 Min.
