Cornflake meatloaf

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Hamburger
1 pack Onion soup mix
1 cup Salsa
2 cups Corn flakes; crushed
1 Egg
¼ cup Hot sauce
¼ cup Catsup

About 4 cups of corn flakes will crush down to 2 cups in the food processor. Mix hamburger, salsa, corn flakes, egg, onion soup mix, and hot sauce together. Cook in oven for 1hour and 15 minutes. Before the last 20 minutes of cooking is done spread catsup on top for an icing effect.
