Cornell recipe barbecue marinade

Ingredients

5 | Pieces of chicken or a large london broil: | |
1 | cup | Cider vinegar |
½ | cup | Oil |
1½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
5 | teaspoons | Salt; (I usually reduce this to 3 tsp) |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
1 | Egg |
Directions
mix all ingredients, marinate meat for at least an hour, up to 24 hours.
