Corn-nutmeg miniature muffins

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
1 cup Flour
1½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
¼ cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 each Egg, beaten
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Salad oil

Combine cornmeal, flour nutmeg, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and oil; beat about 1 minute or until smooth. Fill lightly greased miniature muffin pans ¾ full. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan while warm.
