Yield: 1 Servings
|4 ounces||Low fat cream cheese; softened|
|¼ cup||Shredded carrots|
|2 tablespoons||Diced red pepper|
|2 \N||Pita pockets|
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, red pepper and raisins. Cut each pita in half horizontally and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Chill until firm. Slice pitas on the diagonal and serve.
