Confetti corn

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 cups Frozen corn kernels
½ cup Diced red bell pepper
¾ teaspoon Chili powder
3 \N Scallions -- thinly sliced
¼ teaspoon Salt
