Confetti casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
4 ounces Cream cheese
8 ounces Tomato sauce
10 packs Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Crushed corn chips

Brown meat in a skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, brown sugar and cream cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add tomato sauce and defrosted vegetables. Turn into 1½ qt. casserole.

Sprinkle with corn chips. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
