Confetti spaghetti

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Pepperoni slices -or- |
| 1 | pack | (4 ounces) pepperoni |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | cup | Green pepper strips |
| 7 | ounces | Spaghetti, cooked and drained |
| ½ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| ½ | cup | (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | cup | Chopped tomato |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano leaves |
Directions
Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
