Confetti spaghetti

Ingredients

1cupPepperoni slices -or-
1pack(4 ounces) pepperoni
½cupChopped onion
½cupGreen pepper strips
7ouncesSpaghetti, cooked and drained
½cupGrated Parmesan cheese
½cup(2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
½cupChopped tomato
½teaspoonOregano leaves

Directions

Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
