Confetti spaghetti

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Pepperoni slices -or-
1 pack (4 ounces) pepperoni
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Green pepper strips
7 ounces Spaghetti, cooked and drained
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Chopped tomato
½ teaspoon Oregano leaves

Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
