|1 cup||Pepperoni slices -or-|
|1 pack||(4 ounces) pepperoni|
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
|½ cup||Green pepper strips|
|7 ounces||Spaghetti, cooked and drained|
|½ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|½ cup||(2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese|
|½ cup||Chopped tomato|
|½ teaspoon||Oregano leaves|
Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
