Steam or microwave the cauliflower and peppers till tender. Add seasonings.
My notes: steaming with a little veg. broth would add a little more flavor.
I didn't have a yellow bell pepper when I made this so I substituted corn.
This may have sliced green onions in it, but I can't remember.
