2Cloves (small) garlic; pressed
Salt & pepper to taste
½cupUnsalted butter
1dashHot pepper sauce
2cupsCucumber
1cupGreen bell pepper
1cupCelery
½cupOnion

Directions

REST ALL CHOPPED FINE

Combine all ingredients & let flavors mingle. Chill. Makes 1 gallon.
