Cold tomato soup

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Tomato soup
2 \N Soup cans water
1 can (large) V-8 juice
½ cup Salad or olive oil
4 tablespoons Wine vinegar
2 \N Cloves (small) garlic; pressed
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Unsalted butter
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
2 cups Cucumber
1 cup Green bell pepper
1 cup Celery
½ cup Onion


Combine all ingredients & let flavors mingle. Chill. Makes 1 gallon.
