| 2 | teaspoons | Cocoa powder |

| ¼ | quart | Milk |
| ⅛ | quart | Fresh cream |

Directions
Prepare coffee and allow to cool. Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk; blend well. Fill 6 glasses, top with fresh cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
